Are there any additional costs for customs clearance with my order?
- Shipping to Switzerland is from Germany. The costs incurred when importing into Switzerland, such as VAT, customs clearance costs and customs duties, are included in our prices.
Can I track my order online?

What should I do if I am not present at the time of delivery?
